A new hotel that's years in the making is on track to open in Downtown Raleigh this year. The dual-branded hotel property is bringing 261 guest rooms to the downtown area. One side of the property will operate as a Homewood Suites while the other is under the Tempo by Hilton flag (NYSE: HLT).
