CRANBURY, N.J. (AP) _ 1st Constitution Bancorp (FCCY) on Thursday reported net income of $3.3 million in its fourth quarter.
The bank, based in Cranbury, New Jersey, said it had earnings of 38 cents per share.
The holding company for 1st Constitution Bank posted revenue of $15.6 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $13.2 million, which fell short of Street forecasts.
For the year, the company reported profit of $12 million, or $1.40 per share. Revenue was reported as $51.4 million.
1st Constitution Bancorp shares have declined slightly more than 1 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased slightly more than 2 percent in the last 12 months.
