23-Year-Old Woman Who Vanished From Boston Bar Is Found Alive: Police
Update: Boston police announced on Twitter that 23-year-old Olivia Ambrose has been found alive and taken to an area hospital “for evaluation purposes.”
Prior to her being located, police released a photo of a person they called a “person of interest” in woman’s disappearance, who according to a police statement was seen inviting Ambrose to walk with him and another male and then placing his arm around her as he directs her toward a subway station.
According to the police statement, the person of interest is seen later on surveillance video with Ambrose exiting the Bunker Hill MBTA Station with his arm around Ambrose.
A press conference is scheduled for 6 p.m. for more on the case.

A 23-year-old college graduate vanished Saturday night from a Boston bar where she’d been dancing with her twin sister and their friends, police say.
Olivia Ambrose had only recently moved back to Boston for a new job, according to investigators, who have been searching for her since Sunday.
Her friend Kate Collins told MassLive.com they had gone to the bar together but got separated, which isn’t unusual for them.
Ambrose’s sister Francesca told the outlet that Ambrose walked outside the bar with a man who’d been escorted out of the bar by a bouncer. That was the last time Ambrose was seen.
The next day, her family filed a missing persons report. Since she went missing, family and friends have visited her apartment twice in the hopes of finding her, but she has not been there, according to MassLive.com.
Ambrose is employed by the software company Toast, Inc. and is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh.

She was last seen wearing a white or beige coat with a red corduroy dress and Dr. Marten boots.
Ambrose’s friends have set up a Facebook page “Missing Person: Help Find Olivia ‘Liviy’ Ambrose.”
No arrests have been made in this case.
Ambrose stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and has blues eyes and curly brown hair.
