PCCW

The first company that meets these criteria is PCCW Ltd. (PCCWY).

Based on Monday's closing price of $5.42 per share, the Hong Kong-based telecommunication services company offers a trailing 12-month dividend yield of 7.41% and a forward dividend yield of 10.93%.

Based on Monday's closing price of $23.26 per share, the Yulee, Florida-based timberland real estate investment trust grants a 4.63% yield for both the trailing dividend and the forward dividend.

The current dividend yield of Rayonier is quite high compared to its historical values, indicating that the stock is a profitable investment.
