Allana Potash Clarifies February 9, 2011 Trading Activity

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 9, 2011) - Allana Potash Corp. (TSX VENTURE:AAA - News; "Allana" or "the Company"), announces that the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada ("IIROC"), the regulation services provider of the TSX Venture Exchange, has ruled that all trades in the common shares of Allana that took place between 11:26:27 a.m. and 11:31:50 a.m. on February 9, 2011 at prices below CAD $1.76 per share will be re-priced to CAD $1.76 per share.
