(TSX VENTURE:BAT - News; the "Company") announces that the private placement (the "Offering") announced in its press release dated September 24, 2010 has been increased to raise an additional $750,000 by the issuance of 468,750 units at $1.60 each on a non-brokered basis. As previously disclosed, each unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to subscribe for one additional common share for a period of 24 months from the closing of the Offering at an exercise price of $2.35.
