CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2011) - CEMATRIX Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CVX - News; the "Corporation") has granted new incentive stock options to directors, employees and consultants of the Corporation for the purchase of a total of 1,365,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.15 per share, expiring on July 15, 2014.The Corporation is also re-pricing an aggregate of 937,500 outstanding incentive stock options granted to insiders of the Corporation with expiration dates ranging from June 1, 2012 to March 16, 2015, from exercise prices ranging from $0.30 to $0.35 per share to the new amended option exercise price of $0.15 per share.
