AAC Holdings: 2Q Earnings Snapshot

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (AP) _ AAC Holdings Inc. (AAC) on Wednesday reported a loss of $3 million in its second quarter.

The Brentwood, Tennessee-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and pretax expenses, came to 9 cents per share.

The operator of the American Addiction Center substance abuse facilities posted revenue of $86.8 million in the period.

AAC Holdings expects full-year earnings in the range of 75 cents to 80 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $325 million to $340 million.

AAC Holdings shares have climbed roughly 8 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $9.70, a climb of 50 percent in the last 12 months.
