BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (AP) _ AAC Holdings Inc. (AAC) on Wednesday reported a first-quarter loss of $603,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Brentwood, Tennessee-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 12 cents per share.
The operator of the American Addiction Center substance abuse facilities posted revenue of $73 million in the period.
AAC Holdings expects full-year earnings in the range of 50 cents to 58 cents per share, with revenue in the range of $295 million to $305 million.
AAC Holdings shares have climbed roughly 2 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $7.38, a fall of 64 percent in the last 12 months.
