Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (“Abraxas” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AXAS) today announced that the borrowing base on the Company’s $300 million senior secured credit facility has been increased from $200 million to $217.5 million in connection with the Company’s recent borrowing base redetermination. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Abraxas also announced that the Company’s management will participate in the upcoming IPAA Oil & Gas Investment Symposium (OGIS) investor conference in New York on April 8-9, 2019.
