In addition, funds affiliated with Eos Partners (the "Selling Stockholders") intend to offer 500,000 shares. Addus expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, and the Selling Stockholders expect to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 75,000 additional shares. Addus will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock by the Selling Stockholders.
