That compared to EPS of $0.77 on revenue of $2.04B in the same period a year earlier. The company had reported EPS of $1.89 on revenue of $2.27B in the previous quarter.
For the year, Advance Auto Parts shares are up 79.77%, outperforming the S&P 500 which is up 1.96% year to date.
