New aerial images show Florida Keys left in ruin after Irma

Hurricane Irma wreaked havoc on most southernmost U.S. areas this past weekend and earlier this week, leaving homes destroyed and a reported 16 million people without power.

From eight dead in a Florida nursing home to at least 31 dead across Georgia, Florida and South Carolina, the aftermath stories out of the historic storm have been chilling and endless. Where the Florida Keys was one of the areas hit hardest by Irma, the breathtaking images of the aftermath are almost too startling to believe.
