WILMINGTON, Ohio (AP) _ Air Transport Services Group Inc. (ATSG) on Monday reported fourth-quarter profit of $1.5 million.
The Wilmington, Ohio-based company said it had profit of 3 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 19 cents per share.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 20 cents per share.
The air cargo company posted revenue of $221.7 million in the period, which beat Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $207.3 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $23.5 million, or 37 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $768.9 million.
Air Transport Services shares have climbed 6.5 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $16.99, an increase of 43 percent in the last 12 months.
