'Alaskan Bush People' Stars Billy & Ami Deliver Special New Year's Message!

The two stars responsible for creating the rest of the "Alaskan Bush People" kicked off 2020 with a special message to fans about the upcoming year.

Billy Brown and Ami Brown filmed a video just as the clock struck midnight on the West Coast. Seen in front of a beautiful backdrop covered in snow, the two reality stars addressed everyone in a message shared on their son Bear Brown's Instagram page.

"From the mountains to you guys, Ami and I just wanted to say belated Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Happy New Year," Billy tells the camera while the wind can be heard whipping through the snowstorm.

"Happy New Year Everyone," Ami then tells the camera, adding "May this next year be a glorious and prosperous one. Peace on Earth."

"May God bless you all, happy new year!" Bill reiterates before giving his wife a special New Year's kiss.

Fans went wild for the rare social media appearance by Billy and Ami, and voiced their approval in the comments underneath the video.

"Happy New Year, Mr. and Mrs. Brown. God bless you and your family. Happy New Year Bear!!!" one fan wrote.

Others echoed bouts of "Happy New Year," along with warm wishes for the entire Brown family and crew of "Alaskan Bush People." Many people also observed that it looked like cold at the Brown family homestead, which is currently in rural Washington.

Words of Wisdom from Rain

Along with the patriarchs of the Brown family, "Alaskan Bush People" star Rain Brown had some wise words as she reflected on her past year. Captioning a stoic photo of herself, 17-year-old Rain wrote:

"This year has absolutely flown by, I gained some of the best friends I’ll ever have and I’ve lost a few too, I became an aunt which is my most favorite thing, I became a mother to my baby jakson and he has taught me so much. Ive worked hard every day, not only with my job, but also on myself. I’ve learned to enjoy my solitude, and my own company. I’ve pushed myself to my limits and come out even stronger on the other end. 16 was an incredible year of learning and love and laughter, but also sadness and mistakes and bumps along the way."

Along with the past, Rain is also looking forward to the future and using her experiences to better prepare herself for what lies ahead.

"But at the end of the year I can honestly say I am proud of how much I’ve overcome and how strong I’ve come out the other end. Growing closer to myself and even closer to God. Most importantly learning how special it really is to be kind to yourself and love yourself unconditionally. May next year bring even more struggles and triumphs, because I know with God guiding me I’ll pull through even prouder and stronger than I was before. God bless you all, thank you for sticking with me and continuing to support me, it means the world, love you all very much and I’ll see you in the next round! God bless us all. 💖 #staystrong #stayhappy #Godisgood."
