EDMONTON, Alberta, May 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alcanna Inc. ("Alcanna" or the "Company") (CLIQ.TO) held its annual and special meeting of shareholders on May 9, 2019 (the "Meeting").
