FT. MYERS, Fla. (AP) _ AliCo. (ALCO) on Monday reported a loss of $1.7 million in its fiscal first quarter.
The Ft. Myers, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 21 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 22 cents per share.
The agribusiness and land management company posted revenue of $17.4 million in the period.
Alico shares have climbed roughly 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $27.30, a decrease of 2 percent in the last 12 months.
