HOUSTON, Tx., July 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Allegiance Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: ABTX) (“Allegiance”), the holding company of Allegiance Bank, announced the Board of Directors of Allegiance declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share to be paid on September 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2021.
