Alliance Residential Company, Nation's Largest Multifamily Developer, Acquires Nine-Acre Site for a 261-Unit Luxury Apartment Community within the Atlas Master Development of Bryan-College Station, Texas

PHOENIX, March 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Residential Company, the nation's largest multifamily developer and seventh largest multifamily manager, recently acquired more than nine acres in Bryan-College Station, Texas with plans to build a 261-unit, three-story luxury multifamily community.  Construction is anticipated to begin this spring with a scheduled completion in the first quarter 2019.

Known as Broadstone Traditions, the three-story, walk-up community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes within Lake Walk Town Center on Atlas Pear Drive.
