AMHERST, N.Y. (AP) _ Allied Motion Technologies Inc. (AMOT) on Wednesday reported first-quarter profit of $4 million.
On a per-share basis, the Amherst, New York-based company said it had net income of 42 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 44 cents per share.
The motion control product maker posted revenue of $92.4 million in the period.
Allied Motion shares have dropped 43% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $27.48, a decline of 31% in the last 12 months.
