On a per-share basis, the Amherst, New York-based company said it had profit of 28 cents.
The motion control product maker posted revenue of $74 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $15.9 million, or $1.70 per share. Revenue was reported as $310.6 million.
Allied Motion shares have dropped roughly 7 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 28 percent in the last 12 months.
