CHICAGO (AP) -- Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. said Friday it added Anita Pramoda and Michael Klayko as directors, expanding its board to eight members.
Allscripts said their terms began on Tuesday.
Pramoda is the former chief financial officer of Epic Systems Corp., a competitor to Allscripts. Allscripts said she is also a co-founder of TangramCare, which makes an online delivery system that allows extremely sick patients to stay in touch with doctors and receive care in their homes.
Klayko was the CEO of computer networking technology company Brocade Communications from 2005 to 2013.
Allscripts shares fell 21 cents to $13.62 in midday trading.
