SUNNYVALE, Calif. (AP) _ Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Ltd. (AOSL) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $2.5 million.
The Sunnyvale, California-based company said it had net income of 10 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to 35 cents per share.
The chipmaker posted revenue of $111.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $1.9 million, or 8 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $450.9 million.
For the current quarter ending in October, Alpha and Omega said it expects revenue in the range of $115 million to $119 million.
Alpha and Omega shares have fallen 14% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $8.80, a fall of 33% in the last 12 months.
