Amazon to open new facility

The online retail giant said it will open a 1-mil-square-foot fulfillment center in Robbinsville, N.J., in '14. Amazon (AMZN) said the new center will create hundreds of full-time jobs. The company says its fulfillment center jobs pay on average 30% more than traditional retail jobs, not including stock grants. The new facility will complement other Amazon fulfillment centers in the N.Y.-N.J. region. Shares fell 0.8% to 266.38.
