The AWS Premier Consulting Partner designation highlights the top APN Consulting Partners that have distinguished themselves by investing significantly in their AWS practice. The designation confirms that 2nd Watch provides exceptional customer service, helps a large number of significant customers run their applications on top of AWS, and has built a healthy revenue-generating consulting business on the platform. 2nd Watch is among only 22 companies in the world to receive the Premier Partner status.

The APN SharePoint Competency was granted to 2nd Watch for its proven ability to help customers design, migrate, manage and deploy their Microsoft SharePoint environment on the AWS cloud. To be among the first companies to earn the designation, 2nd Watch demonstrated its expertise across the AWS platform, provided real-world case studies about customers that have used its services to deploy SharePoint in the AWS cloud, and demonstrated technical proficiency within the competency use case. 2nd Watch has also previously received the APN Managed Service Provider competency.

"Enterprises recognize the power of the cloud but are still unable to fully leverage it due to a lack of internal resources and expertise needed to build and manage cloud infrastructures," said Matt Gerber, EVP Sales and Marketing, 2nd Watch. "With our assistance, our customers are turning IT into a streamlined business machine that provides advanced performance and measurable ROI. We are honored to again be named a Premier Partner and to have earned the new APN SharePoint designation. Both will allow us to continue to assist enterprises to make an easy transition to the cloud."

About Amazon Web Services
Launched in 2006, Amazon Web Services, Inc. began exposing key infrastructure services to businesses in the form of web services -- now widely known as cloud computing.
