EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) _ Amber Road Inc. (AMBR) on Thursday reported a loss of $1.6 million in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the East Rutherford, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 6 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense, came to 3 cents per share.
The software maker posted revenue of $22.2 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in December, Amber Road expects its results to range from a loss of 5 cents per share to a loss of 3 cents per share.
The company expects full-year results to range from a loss of 10 cents per share to a loss of 8 cents per share.
Amber Road shares have risen 27 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $9.31, a rise of 31 percent in the last 12 months.
