CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (AP) _ Amdocs Ltd. (DOX) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $122 million.
On a per-share basis, the Chesterfield, Missouri-based company said it had net income of 90 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.08 per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.07 per share.
The provider of computer systems integration posted revenue of $1.03 billion in the period, which met Street forecasts.
For the year, the company reported profit of $479.4 million, or $3.47 per share. Revenue was reported as $4.09 billion.
For the current quarter ending in January, Amdocs expects its per-share earnings to range from $1.02 to $1.08.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $1.01 billion to $1.06 billion for the fiscal first quarter.
Amdocs shares have climbed 15% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $67.42, a rise of almost 2% in the last 12 months.
