American Campus Communities Announces Blake Chandlee Leaving Board of Directors

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

American Campus Communities (ACC), the nation’s largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing properties in the U.S., today announced that Blake Chandlee has decided to not stand for re-election to the board of directors at the annual stockholder meeting to be held on May 1, 2019 in order to focus on other opportunities. The board is currently contemplating adding an additional director in the future.
