ATLANTA, February 16, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Company’s Class A and Class B Shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2022, to be paid on or about May 20, 2022.
