(NASDAQ: IGLD and TASE: IGLD) (the "Company"), today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has elected Adv. Ami Barlev as Acting Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Barlev succeeds Shaul Elovitch who will continue to serve as a director.
