Amira Nature Foods Ltd (the "Company") (ANFI), a global provider of packaged specialty rice, today announced a financing in the amount of EUR25 million. The debt contains a fixed interest rate of 8.5% and is due December 17, 2023. The debt was raised by Amira’s European subsidiary. The proceeds from the financing are expected to strengthen Amira’s international business.
