Analysts' Actions -- Cypress Semi, CyberArk, Goodyear, Lululemon and More

Cypress Semiconductor was downgraded to underweight from equal-weight at Morgan Stanley. $12 price target. The valuation is less attractive, based on recent margin expansion, Morgan Stanley said. 

CyberArk Software  was upgraded to buy from neutral at Goldman Sachs. $64 price target. The company offers one of the best secular growth stories in the security business, Goldman said. 

Global Payments was upgraded to overweight at Barclays. $92 price target. The company can post better organic growth in the second quarter and beyond, Barclays said. 

Goodyear Tire was downgraded to neutral from buy at Goldman Sachs. $33 price target. Th valuation is less attractive, as the company is facing uncertain pricing power. 

WW Grainger was downgraded to market perform from outperform at BMO Capital. $255 price target. Price reductions appear to be broader than expected, BMO said. 

Lululemon Athletica was downgraded to neutral from buy at Citigroup. It may take the company longer than expected to recover from a fashion miss in the first quarter, Citi said.
