DENVER (AP) _ ANGI Homeservices Inc. (ANGI) on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $18 million.
The Denver-based company said it had profit of 4 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 3 cents per share.
The provider of a digital marketplace for home services posted revenue of $357.4 million in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $355.8 million.
ANGI Homeservices shares have declined 60% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $6.46, a fall of 66% in the last 12 months.
