The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NLY) (“Annaly” or the “Company”) declared the second quarter 2019 common stock cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. This dividend is payable July 31, 2019, to common shareholders of record on June 28, 2019. The ex-dividend date is June 27, 2019.
