Announcing the Upcoming Launch of The Defender, a Wet Shaver that Protects Users from Dermatitis
The Innovative New Shaver will Work by Removing the Cause of Histamine Breakouts for People who Prefer to Wet-Shave
LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / March 15, 2017 / D'Metri Jamison is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of The Defender, a shaver that will allow people to shave the way they prefer without the risk of developing breakouts. "Does your wet shaver protect you from dermatitis?" asked Jamison, adding that The Defender works by removing the cause of histamine breakouts for those who wet-shave.

As a company spokesperson noted, Jamison was so fed up with having his skin become irritated and sore every time he shaved, that he was inspired to create a shaver that would allow him to still get the wet-shave he preferred, only without the nagging and negative side effect of contact dermatitis.
Jamison used his own knowledge of science and technology to come up with a solution, and after testing the new shaver on himself, he knew he had come up with a winner.
"Soon after receiving a professional marketing study that had projected sales of $1.3 billion over the first ten years, a major financial setback suddenly brought progress to a halt," the spokesperson said, adding that for some time, Jamison's revolutionary new shaver has been lying dormant.
Now, the spokesperson said, Jamison is reviving The Defender, thanks in part to the help of a married couple who were so impressed with the new shaver, they invested some of their money in the project.
"After some recent crucial modifications that incorporated new and vastly improved technology, a patent (now pending) was accomplished," the spokesperson said. For example, Jamison has added auditory technology into The Defender that will alert visually impaired people who use the shaver that the battery is getting low; this will prevent them from getting a breakout due to low power on the unit.
In order to finally meet his goal of bringing The Defender to market, Jamison is seeking some additional funding through the form of a recently-launched Indiegogo campaign. There, he hopes to raise $218,000 through crowdfunding.
