Antero Midstream Partners: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

DENVER (AP) _ Antero Midstream Partners LP (AM) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $205.1 million.

On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had profit of $1.09. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 53 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 43 cents per share.

The partnership that owns oil-gathering pipelines for Antero Resources posted revenue of $281.8 million in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $264.7 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $443 million, or $2.36 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.03 billion.

Antero Midstream Partners shares have increased 17 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $24.97, a fall of 12 percent in the last 12 months.
