DENVER (AP) _ Antero Midstream Partners LP (AM) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $65.8 million.
On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had profit of 37 cents.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 34 cents per share.
The partnership that owns oil-gathering pipelines for Antero Resources posted revenue of $166.9 million in the period, also beating Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $154.7 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $236.7 million, or $1.24 per share. Revenue was reported as $590.2 million.
Antero Midstream Partners shares have increased 11 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $34.30, a climb of 54 percent in the last 12 months.
