Apple (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook took a pay cut this year with a compensation package of $4.17M for the top executive of the most valuable U.S. corporation, following a 2011 package with over $376M in long-term stock awards, reports Reuters. Apple made the compensation disclosures in a regulatory filing.
