Apple experiencing IC yield problems with iPhone manufacturing, DigiTimes says

Apple may be experiencing some IC yield problems may force the company to reduce shipments of its iPhone 5S, reports DigiTimes. According to industry sources, volume production of fingerprint-recognition and LCD driver chips for the iPhone 5S should have started by the end of June, but yield rates issues will cause production to be delayed till the end of July.
