Appreciated Media Announces It Has Entered into a Joint Venture to Produce and Distribute the Food Show 'INFUSION' and Announces the Resignation of a Director

(TSXV: AMH) (OTCQB: AMEFF) ("Appreciated Media," the "Company" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered in to a joint venture with ALP Productions LLC ("ALP") of Los Angeles to produce a food show called "INFUSION" (the "Show") to be distributed worldwide by Appreciated Media Global.

ALP has already produced the first season, which consists of 15 hosted 30-minute episodes, with the shows focusing on international cuisines ranging from Italian, German, Russian and many more from around the globe. Appreciated Media has also optioned an additional two seasons, each with 15 episodes.

The food shows that air on such channels as The Food Network and The Cooking Channel have had tremendous success and continue to do so, and Appreciated is excited to bring "INFUSION" to market. The show is not just about the food; it is also about the culture behind the food and the many personal interpretations of the featured chefs based on their countries of origin.

"INFUSION" looks at the culture and history behind some of our most loved dishes, like ceviche, empanadas, tamales and others, where the host will take us beyond recipes, ingredients and chefs and deep into the very soul of the food we love," said Andre Porras, producer of "INFUSION."
