CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) _ Apyx Medical Corporation (APYX) on Monday reported a third-quarter loss of $4.3 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Clearwater, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 13 cents per share.
The medical device maker posted revenue of $7.6 million in the period.
Apyx expects full-year revenue in the range of $27.4 million to $27.9 million.
Apyx shares have climbed 11% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $7.22, a climb of almost 9% in the last 12 months.
