Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that Kristine Landmark, who is a company insider, recently bought kr307k worth of stock, for kr2,458 per share. While we're hesitant to get too excited about a purchase of that size, we do note it increased their holding by a solid 42%.
The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Arendals Fossekompani
Executive Vice President Torkil Mogstad made the biggest insider purchase in the last 12 months. That single transaction was for kr1.3m worth of shares at a price of kr2,648 each. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is kr2,650. That means they have been optimistic about the company in the past, though they may have changed their mind. We do always like to see insider buying, but it is worth noting if those purchases were made at well below today's share price, as the discount to value may have narrowed with the rising price. Happily, the Arendals Fossekompani insiders decided to buy shares at close to current prices.
