The internet has been in a state of "no chill, none at all!" since news of Ariana Grande's relationship with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson broke. They're so cute! And they have matching tattoos already! But hot off the heels of Ariana clapping back at a fan who criticised her for breaking up with Mac Miller, Pete's issued a lengthy response to people who don't think Ariana should be dating someone with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder).

"Normally I wouldn't comment on something like this cause like f*ck you," Pete wrote on Insta Stories. "But I've been hearing a lot of 'people with BPD can't be in relationships' talk. I just wanna let you know that's not true. Just because someone has a mental illness does not mean they can't be happy and in a relationship. It also doesn't mean that person makes a relationship toxic."

TRUE! THAT!

While he didn't mention Ariana by name, Pete continued "I just think it's f*ked up to stigmatise people as crazy and say that they are unable to do stuff that anyone can do. It's not their fault and it's the wrong way for people to look at things. I may be crazy but at least I'm aware of it and not afraid to be honest about it and I'm not hiding behind a Twitter or Instagram account."

Earlier this week, Us Weekly reported that "Ariana and Pete are dating and it’s casual," and that the relationship "just started." That said, fans realised that they currently both have tiny cloud tattoos, so seems like things are sliiiiightly more serious than we initially thought.
