Ariana Grande Responded to Followers Who Made Comments About Her Forehead

“at least i’m cute and i don’t make fun of other ppl’s foreheads.”

After announcing that she was taking a break from social media following a split with Pete Davidson, Ariana Grande has returned to social media with a series of tweets and a selfie. Unfortunately, her return was met with some body-shaming comments made by followers.

The pop star appeared to notice that some on social media had remarked on the size of her forehead in her most recent Instagram selfie. "Also I see some of y'all making fun of my forehead! sorry i have a big forehead ! at least i'm cute and i don't make fun of other ppl's foreheads ! suck my d*ck," she wrote, per BuzzFeed. (BuzzFeed also notes that some of the fan comments were positive about her forehead's appearance, while others were body-shaming.) Grande quickly deleted the tweet, but later added a caption to the Instagram addressing the online trolling that she had received as a result of the post. “IM SRY AB MY FOREHEAD,” she wrote.

On Monday, Ari took to Twitter to again address comments made about her appearance. “My session got moved til later so i’m back n wanted to say ily one more time even tho y’all hate my forehead,” she wrote.

The singer is obviously going through a lot with respect to the end of her relationship and the death of former partner Mac Miller, and followers should try to remain respectful of the singer. It's totally OK to interact with your favorite celebrities on social media, but in this case, the comments and interactions were disrespectful. Celebrities may live their life in a very public eye, but they are also human, and it's always a good idea to remain mindful of that.
