The presentation will highlight the company’s lead product candidate, ARV-110, an oral androgen receptor (AR)-targeted PROTAC™ (Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera) protein degrader for the treatment of men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. ARV-110 is an orally-bioavailable PROTAC protein degrader designed to selectively target and degrade androgen receptor (AR). ARV-110 is being developed as a potential treatment for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
