The Greenwood Village, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of $2.24 per share.
The home security holding company posted revenue of $129.6 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit 60 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.49.
