CONCORD, Calif. (AP) _ AssetMark Financial Holdings Inc. (AMK) on Tuesday reported first-quarter earnings of $2.7 million.
The Concord, California-based company said it had profit of 4 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 24 cents per share.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 27 cents per share.
The financial services company posted revenue of $114.9 million in the period.
AssetMark Financial shares have declined 19% since the beginning of the year.
