Attunity: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

KFAR SABA, Israel (AP) _ Attunity Ltd. (ATTU) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.5 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Kfar Saba, Israel-based company said it had net income of 11 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 17 cents per share.

The data-management software company posted revenue of $26 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $6 million, or 27 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $86.2 million.

Attunity expects full-year revenue in the range of $104 million to $108 million.

Attunity shares have increased 27 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than tripled in the last 12 months.
