ZUG, Switzerland (AP) _ Auris Medical Holding AG (EARS) on Thursday reported a loss of $3.7 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Zug, Switzerland-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $11.8 million, or 74 cents per share.

The company's shares closed at 39 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.52.
