VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ B2Gold Corp. (BTG) on Tuesday reported third-quarter profit of $10.6 million.

The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had profit of 1 cent per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 5 cents per share.

The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 5 cents per share.

The gold, silver and copper miner posted revenue of $323.9 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at $2.54. A year ago, they were trading at $2.60.
